Stimulants Bumbs and welts affter meth iv

Swim did a normal amount of meth iv today (nothing thats not normal for swim) well now swim has bumps and welts on his arms and hands feels/looks like its swollen too. It looks like new bones are being added into his hands haha swim knows this isnt true but decided it was a good wat to describe the probably because the lumps are hard and not soft. Swims hands are very weird looking and redish purplish. I forgot to mention that swim did miss the shot, but missed shots never led to anything like this before. If you have an answer please reply asap swim doesnt know if its serious or not. I can get pictures if needed.
 
did you maybe miss the shot into an artery? was there a burning sensation running down the arm and ending at the fingertips? I ask because the welts/bumps are very common when shooting into an artery, with meth it is extremely painful usually.

oh and we don't swim at blue light, I for one prefer to drown.
