Bullet dispenses too high quantity

Someone I know just got a lovely new set of bullets, but they dispense WAY too much at once. Like heart attack amounts of uncut. What would be a good powder to dilute coke or MDMA or ketamine? Would it be different for each substance? I'm pretty sure I need to be worried about granule size to get an even mix...right? I've looked around google, but the pages I found were mostly concerned with active ingredients, not an inert "diluant", or about how anybody who cuts is somehow evil. This is just for the personal convenience of the SWIM. Thanks!
