So this guy did a secoend rinse off a 20mg oxycodone IR. Now he wants to do a small piece of a subutex about 2 hours later. Is he safe?

He can go into precipitated withdrawl! Typically they say you need to be 24hrs free of opiates to take a suboxone, or else you get thrown in precip. Withdrawl. If you dose suboxone and THEN try to take an opiate shortly after, you will get complete blockage, or if ur lucky a decreased high
