If it looks like this it's morphine sulphate unless it's counterfeit

Hopefully you have the real deal ( a pharmaceutical ) . Otherwise Fire and Water had the best answer.

Any pill not acquired from a seriously-trusted source like you're grandma or a pharmacy needs to be treated as if it's Fentanyl or a similarly-potent Opioid. The prevalence of counterfeit pills containing Fentanyl is unreal.
