Blood donation high?

Does anyone else get this? I'm not talking about feel-good from helping others, as i don't get that. What i'm talking about must be direct result from blood loss. The high is on more sedating and calming side, similiar in some way to benzos/phenibut and other drugs but more recreational, natural-feeling and overall just better. Food also tastes good and as i'm eating i notice the air around me feels different, somehow deeper and more magical if that's the right word? Idk it has been few months since last donation. Afterwards i enjoy cruising around the town and listening to music which sounds great because of the high.
