Bleach got on dope (h)

I?m thinking the answer to this is don?t do it but I?m hoping I am wrong. Anyways, my dope (h) was in a baggy and it got put on a bottle of ?Scrubbing Bubbles Foaming Bleach Bathroom Cleaner? and apparently he bag wasn?t 100% and some the dope got wet wrong it. I am wondering even after it drys out is it still not a good idea to IV it, I am guessing not. I really hate for this to go to waste so it would be greatly appreciate it anybody could shed some light on why it would be ok, something to do to make it ok, or anything whatsoever. Thanks in advance.

Flush it, it's no good, and without a chemistry background you can't make it so.
