BL doesn't work on mobile in Canada?

I've spent a good amount of time in Canada the past month and have not been able to connect to BL a single time while on cellular networks. The second that I go onto a Wi-Fi/Ethernet network, BL works just fine, but no dice on cellular networks. Also, the second I land back in the US, switch off airplane mode and start receiving cellular service from US providers, I can access BL. I've been roaming on both the TELUS and Bell Canada networks while here and the problem has existed on both networks. No other website that I have tried to access has given me this problem either. Anyone else experience this?
