so my order finally arrived and since Monday ive been taking 200-500mg a day ( 4 days straight )


Took my last promised dose yesterday around 2pm of 100mg


have I done any damage? when should I start crashing

Methylone doesn't tend to cause a steep crash like MDMA does but dosing it like this is not a good idea. You can easily jack up your tolerance to the point where a gram does nothing and it is quite likely that abuse of methylone can lead to heart damage and damage to the dopamine reward system.

I think you will at the very least have the methyl one blues starting 12-24 hours after your last dose and those will peak 48 horus in and last another day past that IME
