Best ways of smoking crumble

I tried a gram of crumble at the dispensary and is it best used rolled in a joint with it smeared on the bud or smoked in a certain type of pipe ? It’s very waxy and sticky and amber color ,79%thc,$90 a gram which I’m still making my mind up about it but only tried the joint method …. 1/2 joint shit so far as it is pretty strong..

I’ll try it on a bowl and see if it’s similar to how a joint is,,I found smearing it on the paper your rolling with works good
