Hi long time reader forgot my old account name.
So I have HBP and take Benazepril and Amlodopine. Also take Prozac for major depression/severe anxiety. I ask from your knowledge which anxiety supplements you can suggest that which are safe for me to take.
Contrary to all studies saying that GABA doesnt do shit for anxiety cos of BBB crossing, I decided to buy it anyways as it was cheap. After taking 500mb sublingual powder my blood pressure was steadily high around 150/80 for the rest of the night so I became concerned that there can be interractions with the medications i take.
I'm interested in looking into Lemon Balm, Passionflower, perhaps some Kava, anything else you can suggest. I confide in members here because I'm sure my doctor wouldn't know anything ab out these substances so I'll take your advices paired with his before I made a final dceision. thank you
