Best dutch strain for depression and sleep problems

Hello Everybody,

I decided to start smoking again, little by little.
But i want a strain thats really good for some peace of mind.
Ive tried hash because of the high CBD, but strangly enough the hash effects are to minimal to have any good effect.

What can you advice me ? I live in amsterdam
