When you are not tolerant and get the full euphoric effect it can feel like you are orgasming or maybe edging through your whole body the whole time you are having sex. You stop even caring about cumming and just enjoy the ride for as long as your partner will put up with you.

I’ve had a meth shot while getting head before. It’s a three person situation. You, the one going down and one extra helper to hit you up on command just at the right moment. There’s no way to do it yourself. Especially of you are already high.

I'm usually not horny on MDMA until towards the end, and I have no problem getting it up at that point... but I like the extra help because I am usually so turned on and want no interruption.
 
I've done quite some researching with my GF on this these past 6 years.

Please don’t go for the most extreme combo on this list, built it up. Make sure you (and you partner) are experienced. I've put these in an increasingly intense order. (i.e., the bottom one is for the most experienced psychonaut)

Furthermore, most of these drugs lower inhibitions, please make sure you completely trust the person you are engaging with. Set rules and boundaries and code word for stopping.

I tend to mix GHB with all of these (combinations) to add an extra level of horniness. The first 4-5 times GHB didn’t add much for me. It does now (Please make sure you set timers so you don’t overdose)
A N2O can even intensify most of these experiences.
50mg of sildenafil can be added if needed for males, again this adds more risk and strains the heart even more.

Methylone (with GHB) "MDMA light", less psychedelic & less intense, still great for sex and not that bad of a hangover
4-FA (with GHB) More horny then MDMA and Methylone. More straight up "porn sex" you can add methylone for extra feel. Hanger overs are worse though. !Some concern with strokes!
5-MAPB (with GHB) similar to MDMA, little less intense & lovey-dovey.
MDMA (with GHB) When you still have the MDMA magic if feels so good. N2O adds a whole new level of nice)
2C-B (with GHB) little bit more horny than LSD and less bonding.
LSD (with GHB) good for melting with your partner, feels like you become one.
Most tryptamines combined with GHB can be a nice tactile enhancer, similar to LSD and 2C-B, you can add methylone/4fa to increase the 'porn level" and decrease the spiritual/bonding experience. (But this varies greatly from one person to another)
LSD+MDMA (with GHB) more intense then MDMA alone. Again, N2O even intensifies this more


This is the magic one, sometimes the 4-HO-MiPT doesn’t "click" but when it does....:

Do not smoke any weed 24hours prior
100mcg LSD --> t+2:00 4-HO-MiPT + 50-75mg methylone ~t+2:45 --> hit a joint (possible some GHB) This has given me and my GF the most insane orgasms. I've laid afterwards crying in the sheer beauty of it all. A N2O will kinda kick you back into that orgasm. You can also try coming while inhaling a N2O (expert level).

This is INTENSE, can be too intense. Please build up to this.

weed + kratom combo is underrated, as least as a dude.

the kratom is specifically great for delaying orgasm a good amount, but does not make it impossible or overly difficult to orgasm like real opiates or other drugs, and kratom doesn't make it harder to get up (at least for me).

great combo because you could get away with being on it if you didn't want your partner to know you're super high

Can be sexually damaging. If you enjoy having anything close to a healthy libido presently, don't open that box. Especially if it's your first roll, I wouldn't go into that with the expectation of sex because it's just setting yourself up to fail and a put a potential damper on what would've otherwise been a very powerful experience.
