Are there any drugs which increase the ability to adapt and learn to speak new languages quicker than normal?

For example, if you take a drug before a language learning session, would any drug be able to increase your understanding and ability to speak in the new language?

IMO run of the mill stimulants are probably what you're looking for. Anything that improved focus like amphetamines will likely help you learn and retain that information. Also, some people seem to get a learning/memory boost from nootropics, but they were very underwhelming IME.

Threads about drug reccomendations are against the rules in Other Drugs, but I'll leave your thread open for now in case someone has something productive to add.

maybe stuff like ritalin or modafinil if you need to cram for a test, but honestly, you need to connect with the country of the language you;re learning is the food and the drinks
thats the best way to immerse yourself in the culture of the language aside from actually moving to the country itself
learning french - drink wine
mexican - tequila
german - beer
russian - vodka
english - ALL OF THE ABOVE lOlolol

i'm not saying get drunk, but get a taste of the culture, acclimatize your tongue to the natural environment of the words you're speaking

You should not need drugs to learn a new language. Traveling, or talking to people who speak the language you want to learn works best.
