I notice 20mg temazepam does wonders for my anxiety and 8mg diazepam chills me out forfew hours.
Pregabalin isn't a benzo its similar effects though and its great for generalised anxiety disorder and pain.
I take 600mg a day, was 300 twice a day but now going to try 200mg 3 times a day or 400mg in morning, 200 at night.
