back when heroin was heroin i'd take 50mg and that did the trick.

lately i've been shooting that o-dsmt stuff, and it has me so itchy i'm losing my mind. how many milligrams of diphenhydramine can i take? how often? i know it's not 25mg - 50mg every 4 - 6 hours, because that's not enough.

I like to take about 150mg of diphenhydramine with my kratom at night, but I can't say a safe dose to take with o-dsmt. Tramadol gives me seizures, so I'm staying the hell away from its derivatives, even with the differing pharmacological profiles.
