Am guessing this is a massive rush of histamine?

I loaded my 2nd IV dose in 3 months seeking the warmth. I got the warmth alright, set my butthole on fire. (sorry lol). As soon as it moved from my injection site, it felt like a thousand bee stings through my shoulders, chest, top of my head on down to my toes. It lasted about 6 seconds, but ruined the experience.

Note: sterile environment, clean injection site, brand new stick pen.
