Beating a test??

I have four engineers that work under me and they are due to be tested soon (anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks time) one smoked a joint two weeks ago and it tested positive on one of them seven in one testers that they bought to check.And another three smoked a little on the 15th. Is there any way that they can flush their systems to beat a test or do any of the detox drinks work? These are good guys and I don't want to lose them because of simply smoking weed. Any help much appreciated.

Yes, no, maybe. All these answers are potentially valid, which is why drug testing questions aren't allowed here.
