Bayer Euro Opium Feilds

I doubt it. We have massive opium fields in Tasmania and there is no shoot to kill policy there.
 
The whole phrase "shoot to kill" is a misnomer IMO as there is no other type of shooting. Shooting to wound only exists in the movies. Guns are designed for one purpose.....to kill. They aren't tazers or pepper spray. If the situation has deteriated to the point that firearms are deployed then by defination you are shooting to kill.

Very true. Noone is going to shoot you for pilfering the poppy fields here and plenty of people do but if you get caught expect a massive fine..
