There is very little risk of infection doing ass to mouth at all... its only dangerous if you get scat in open wounds etc.

Strictly speaking, a rimjob doesn't count as ass to mouth... At least in porn, ass to mouth is anal sex followed by oral sex. I don't think many people have a problem with rimming because especially after a shower, it's clean. It's not like licking somehing which has actually been up someone's asshole.

I don't think either of the practices are as unhealthy as commonly thought to be. As long as your partner doesn't have Hepatitis.
