The things I'm into aren't really TOO out there. I like when a girl is submissive, I like when she enjoys assuming a role as my "slut" and just talking dirty and being loud. Playing with Knives / blades can have different levels.

Knife play (as you describe) doesn't involve any cutting but the more extremes of this involve actual cutting. Blood works / wet works etc involve the spilling of blood either in vampire play or simply cutting each other for kinks.
