Are SSRIs numbing & blunting agents?

I didn't mean to suggest you were using anything illicit, just that the side effect profile of your meds matches those of someone who uses stimulants, legally or otherwise. Meaning, like people with very high DA and NE levels.

In people with high DA from stims, a common side effect is thought aberrations, mild delusions. These are things that, in the case of meth, I can notice after the fact. A "boy, that's a weird way to look at something". So I was curious if you (or anyone on a dopaminergic med) had any of those experiences.
 
Paxil unfortunately downregulates dopamine, which is obviously going to be responsible for decreased emotional stimulus and a lack of motivation. I was formerly on Paxil for depression, and I understand the feeling. Switching medications to Cymbalta worked well for me, but because your issue is anxiety that can't be an option.
 
I think i am more sensitive to dopamine and emotion related because like right now i am listening to and watch tessa violet and doddie sing because they sound and look pretty and it makes me feel happy and i will drink coffee and use tobacco and play guitar . before i would never imagined listening to happy music because music didnt make me happy nothing made me happy. Now while i might having wondering thoughts about them two attractive females my daying was about how i would love to killmyself.

Wow, D, such a change of heart. I remember your music recommendations. I especially liked:

When i get angry i put the fast most angry death metal pornogrind grindcore black metal doom metal
on and my guitar and play it till i physically passout instead of taking it out on other people.

Right now im listening to "o would you be so kind to fall in love me cause i like you but thats not enough so please would you fall inlove with me" doddie
