You really shouldn't bump a thread after just 3 minutes.
Mushroom identification just from a few pictures is foolish, doing it yourself reliably takes a lot of experience & training.
For a specialist to identify one in this way, they'd need location (geological, eg country & local, eg in a grassy field), type of soil, pictures with size reference, & a spore print at least.
The Shroomery is a good place to start.
