apomorphine exists in nature?

My copy of 'household physician' (circa 1800s) gives as instructive for the creation of APOmorphine (from morphine) 'heated with hydrochloric acid in a sealed tube'

Waste of morph though, thats for sure, apomorphine is a dopamine agonist, and a powerful, powerful emetic. plenty other DA agonists have far less puke potential. Pramipexole is one I rather like, thats proved itself to be quite gentle on my guts.
