Misc Anyone remeber Red eye magazine?

I recently found my old issues of red eye magazine. It was around for years in the UK and was a more hash specific high times style publication. Then it vanished. I actually knew the editors son through friends of friends when I was 18. No one believed him until he wrote an article for them about the Cali weed industry back then and it contained pics of him surrounded by pound bags of weed lol. Easily one of the best weed mags.

My God what a blast from the past!
I remember the magazine well, for me it was a form of porn as weed was so rare & expensive everywhere was all draw (rancid Pakistan hash of the worst quality)

When you think about it & the product on offer then look what is available today it's insane, two generations have never smoked draw & only know weed with THC levels around 10/15%

Why did that magazine finish being published?

Last I vaguely remember was that it was purchased by Dennis Publishing (same people who put Viz out) but then decided it was a loss due to dwindling numbers. I may be getting what I remember mixed up though so take a kilo of salt with that.
