Misc Anyone get effects from Kava root extract capsules?

I got them online and they're 70mg's with 30% kavalactones. I've read tons of reports on the kava drink made from the root but not a whole lot on the extract capsules. It seems like I get pretty mild relaxation and relief from anxiety. Has anyone that's tried them got any enjoyable effects from them?
 
yes i get effects from the capsules but the root made into drink is much better.
