Stuttering is not a common side effect of alcohol, do you mean slurring? If not it's probably neurologically specific to you lol

I mean saying the first 2 letters of the word.

Like instead of saying "hello there uncle"

I would say "he-he-he-he-helli the-the-there un-un-un-un-uncle

This is really a problem for me haha
