Hi, I've been on Oramorph for just over 2 years, prescribed by GP. My original starting dose was (weekly 560ml, which equals 1120mg, so 160mg a day). I'm 90% plus sure that the doc wasn't thinking and he meant to put me on 40mg a day

I rung the drug team and asked if I could switch to Sevredol. I'm on 70mg Morning (20mg & 50mg) and (20mg & 50mg daily. I've got a very high tolerance, still on poppy pods but not had today (usually have between 90 grams - 200 grams, using stovetop espresso maker method.
I've just taken 70mg orally about 45 minutes ago and can actually feel it a bit!!!!!
Thought it was worth trying rectally later, what would be a safe amount that I should feel it, enough to know whether to possibly plug?
