Any Lab able to test the amount of substance present?

I'm looking for a lab to test blotter of 1cP-LSD for potency. Obviously I'm having difficulty finding a place that A) will accept legally grey substances from the general public and B) that are not bound by DEA restrictions on releasing quantitative data.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated
