Any experience reports with irreversible agonist?

So I just found out ahout irreversible agonist and antagonists, long duration drugs have always been of interest to me so when I came across this I was very intrigued. After hours of research I was uable to find any examples of anyone taking a drug with irreversible agonist or antagonists properties. So my question would be if anyone knew of a expiriance report involving a that kind of drug, what class of drug I dont really care about I think it would just make an interesting report.
