Get a .38, load the fucker, put a nice rock down the barrel, cock the hammer back, and put it in your mouth.

Keep it as infrequent as possible, set a "hard limit" (pun intended) and try not to exceed using that amount - say $40 worth or whatever. Crack is absolutely about diminishing returns - the first 20 rock will always be the better than the 5th.

Also keep taking care of your body. Eat, sleep, wash.
