Opioids Anticoagulants and IV drug tolerance

I have recently been prescribed eliquis for a pulmonary embolism and I am about to use heroin for the first time since I've been put on it. I'm chipping so I haven't had the luxury of daily use to test my tolerance. Do blood thinners effect your tolerance in any way?
