Antibiotics after rolling?

Hi, today I was prescribed to take Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin twice a day for my stomach and I've read that it is dangerous to roll whilst on these antibiotics. I have a party tomorrow and am planning to roll and then start my cycle of antibiotics after, my question is how many days do I need to leave it after rolling to start my cycle?

In theory (from what I've read) the antibiotics make the roll more potent (at least that's with Amoxilin, not sure about others). So if you take them AFTER you have rolled, you should be fine.

PS: I don't think it's a good idea to roll while you are sick.

ok thanks for the reply, I have a superbug in my gut (forgot the name) and I have had it for about 4 months due to shitty doctor practice, and have rolled in this time so I think I'll be alright. As long as I can safely take my antibiotics after rolling I should be fine I think

I would be weary of combined adverse amoxicillin reactions and MDMA hangovers.
