Meth Amphetamines and exercise/gym

Hi all fella bluelight members . I like to use amphetamine sulphate and prescribed dexamphetamine recreationally with mostly ghb combined . Sometimes i rlly hate myself when doing amps because i don't go to the gym anymore for at least 3 days . Would it be safe to do small weights in the gym while not peaking and not to high of a dose (30/50mg dex) . I have done this in the past but i rlly don't have alot of information on this subject . I wouldn't do intense cardio or anything . I always make sure i drink enough water and have food in my stomach . Doing ghb with my amps makes this extremely easy cause i can actually eat alot while doing amps . Anyway i hope i can get some solid advice on this matter . Maybe its rlly dangerous to go to gym and not worth it but i rlly want to use my energy Besides only cleaning/porn/music/forums/pointless wall staring 👍

There’s not much danger there assuming a few things: That you are relatively young and healthy, that the dose isn’t too high, and the workout is not too intense.
 
As long as your blood pressure isn't sky-high it should be fine. I exercise on dextroamphetamine all the time (weights), although generally avoid exercise during the peak effects.

I do not recommend doing cardio or doing any sort of exercise that results in prolonged elevations in heart rate, etc
 
I feel a blood pressure increase whenever I do even a minimal exercise (as little as walking up a few stairs) when I'm on methamphetamine (and less intense blood pressure increase in other stimulants like dexamphetamine and methylphenidate). I avoid any physical activity when I'm on stimulants (activities strictly limited to going to the bathroom or grabbing something to eat); I exercise in the morning before taking my stimulants. But from what I've read, it significantly increases the risk of sudden cardiac death (especially if it's an intense exercise). So I don't think it's healthy to work out on stimulants in the long term.

My bp wil definitely be increased thats for sure thats pretty much unavoidable i think . As long as it ain't extreme high . The ghb keeps my heart rate down even while exercising . I never let my hr go above 120/130 which would be after each set for about a min .

Nah no cardio . If i did go to the gym it would be just small weights and back/chest . I other wise have a healthy heart but my bp ain't optimal . And after each exercise i drink water .
