Grof, Metzner, those are people I've met and studied with. Both those guy(google em' children) felt that Making LSD was so complex that very few people who had ever thought they'd taken it had. Usually they'd gotten some sloppy lab approximation, and now it seems people make LSD clones on purpose to sell to gullible uneducated trippers. You've got to have a pretty sophisticated chemistry background to make this stuff, which requires both a high intelligence and an actual education. Owsley was genius, Hoffman was a genius, Shulgin was a genius That clown boiling up pots of goo to sell you at raves, and to escape from the boredom of your middle class lives? NOT SO MUCH So all of you looking for better visuals need to find some real LSD.
