hi i was wondering if anyone knows what serotonin receptors are effected by al lad particularly i want to know if the 5ht2b receptor is effected. it says on wiki its a partial agonist for the 5ht2a receptor but that it all it says. does anyone know its binding affinity for 5ht2b or does it even affect it.

In general every psych will affect 2A, 2B and 2C to some extent, and the lysergamides are particularly "dirty" in terms of what receptors they attach to.

However, developing cardiac valvulopathy from psychedelics is extremely unlikely, as people do not dose these on a daily basis - unlike, say, the appetite suppressant Fen-Phen, or the ergoline-based dopamine agonist Pergolide.
