Air-2 Digital THC Vaporizer "Smoke-Free"

I just purchased the VAPIR AIR2 Digital air. I tried it last night with no luck at all. Does it matter what "grade" material you are using. I thought not since it optomizes the effect. ANY HELP IS A PLUS!!!! I'm just frustrated b/c nothing happened. any ideas????

Me and my friend used to vape all the time, but it just got old... Now that we have a $200 bong we always hit that instead of the vape. Although if it's more than just us two smoking we always use vape, it's more efficient, homemade vapes suck tho, if you get the real deal it's 10x better.
