AGMATINE SULPHATE 500 - How to utilize???

How would you utilize the AGMATINE SULPHATE 500 mg capsules for opiate tolerance neutralizing OR reversal . I have read some good things about these, I just got my order in the mail. I took 120 mg of oxycodone at one time to feel good. What would you do? Take one or two of these capsules 45 minutes before and take like 60 mg or something ?
 
Man, I feel like we've been going down this road for too long now. Nobody is upset or mad at you, but these threads are erroneous and need to stop. As I've explained in your other posts, anything that we might be able to advise you on would be nothing but subjective experience. Nobody can tell you what exactly you will like best or what will work for you. You need to figure these things out for yourself.

Believe me, we would totally give you answers if we had them, but we can't dictate somebody's preferences to them.
