Adverse effects of ZZZQuil

Hey guys it's me again! I took 90ml (3 doses of hidexdratame sp?) and was wondering why I need to like take more to fall asleep. I know it's easy to gain tolerance from ZZZquil so anything else to help me fall asleep, also is 90ml too much (tbh I doubt it). Thanks guys!!

I think zzz Quil is Diphenhydramine.

zzzquil is diphenhydramine. Please read the ingredient list before you go downing extra doses of anything. I couldn't find an exact dose per 10ml but 90ml is about a quarter of the bottle so i'm sure that's probably anywhere from 200-300mg of diphenhydramine.

Diphenhydramine isn't physically dangerous in these doses but it can cause uncomfortable feelings and frightening hallucinations, the experience is usually very unpleasant.
