I was wondering about the availability of ADHD medications in the United Kingdom.
I'm a student and I've been in London since 2012, I have mild ADD and decided to make some research on meds in the UK. I found out that Concerta and Elvance are actually prescribed, however stuff like Adderall isn't.
Therefore I wanted to know how do you obtain a prescription for ADHD meds. Are general practitioners able to prescribe them or only psychiatrist and neurologists? I also wouldn't like to be red flagged with "drug seeking behavior" if I end up going to a doctor.
If any body has some info or input feel free to answer
Thanks
