The XRs (im almost certain) have 1/2 immediate release and 1/2 time release spanule pellets in the capsules. So it's like 10 hitting you instantly and 10 mgs jumping in a few hours later to sustain the Adderall effects for 4-5 hours. I've chewed the pellets, crushed them then tossed the powder back with some water. And snorted it. Pellets and crushed powder. I like eating them best. IMO
