Well, I'm not sure if this is abnormal for people while on Adderall or not, but when I'm on it I just want to get shit done. But what do I do now that I've finished EVERYTHING that needed to be done? Relax is an option, but my mind while on Adderall feels like it's being tortured unless I'm doing something productive. So what do you guys do when you don't know what else to do?

I apologize if this is a silly question lol

When I was taking adderall and had nothing else to do, I played my guitar. Taught myself delta blues slide guitar in open G and open D tuning. Of course my neighbors were not that impressed at 1:00 AM as I was.

Read a book, watch youtube videos about quantum physics, discover your favorite genre of online porn ....all legit activities on the tail end of Adderall.

I find it helps me play NHL '14 much better, and I feel better about playing videogames if I accomplish all of the things I need to get done first. I also enjoy going outside and walking / talking to neighbors, going to local coffeeshops / interesting stores is fun too. You could just take a benzo and chill. Sometimes a cold beer or two is nice on the comedown.

Video games sounds nice -- except I have a broken thumb :/
All those ideas sound great but I'm looking for something really productive, like maybe an idea for a small project around the house, something like that, so I can feel like I accomplished something

It depends on what you need done around the house, or what you've always wanted in your house. I'm not sure what tools, or proficiencies you have, much less your interests and living accommodations. If you are really worried about it, you could come clean out my window frames, power wash my siding, pull some weeds in my garden, scrub the floors, fix some buttons on my clothing that have come off, patch some holes in my favorite sweat pants, hoodies, festie garb, I can keep going but I'll spare you.

Gees, something REALLY productive. Hmmmmm.

Why not put a second level on the house your living in. That'll keep ya busy.

LOL^ That was great

I usually just write lyrics, I find it amazing what my mind can produce at times. Not really productive I guess but to me it let's me get in touch with my Spiritual side.

every time Im trying to get rid of the effects of stims ill just do push ups and pull ups until I feel tired then smoke weed and just watch tv

you can probably just jump straight to weed and tv though

or just smoke weed really, you dont even have to watch tv

Well shit, a broken thumb?

You ganna have issues working that one out, buddy.

Sounds like a frustrating situation.

Is this even a question? Grow a garden..remodel something you don't like in your house-or run till you're out of breath

It seems that if you feel there's nothing left to do, then the amphetamine is wearing off. When I used to take Adderall, that moment when I pulled my head out of focus for the first time was the first sign of the comedown. Before this, I was in an uncontrollable flow-state, and there was no question as to how I should spend my time. You can pull yourself back into the activity, but the disruptions become more numerous until the comedown is official.

I don't know how to rectal roa my script. I guess it takes a hero to research those type of things?

You are more than welcome to come over and tidy some shit in my house, scrub the floors you know the drill.

So true. Sadly over time these disruptions happen sooner and sooner after the come up, seemingly unrelated to acute tolerance.

Writing is my go-to after chores. If you're feeling more physical though you could probably reorganize your kitchen/closet/etc, maybe clean the stove? (for me at least) there's always more clean-up to do around the house than I ever realize w/o amphetamines. Or learn how to code if youre into that
