Opioids Adderall/methadone in the same day

Is it okay to take methadone and adderall in the same day?

I had 20mg adderall earlier, about 5 hours ago. If I take about 6 ml liquid methadone now will it be dangerous?

Neither is prescribed. Recreational.
 
I take modafinil in place of adderall from modafinia and take methadone sometimes on low dosage and it is fine. But give a long time gap in between
