Adderall/Meth Binge Help

So i’ve been binging on Adderall the last 3-4 days and lost track of my days do to the lack of sleep. I looked at my phone this morning and realized that I have to go and see my probation officer today by 4pm. I am still fairly geeked but I can tell the lack of sleep is gonna make it hard to get through it. I just took a couple shots to help with the process but I have two more 30mg IR’s to take before to wake me back up a bit. I have some of my old Gabapentin laying around but wasn’t sure if it would help or not and need some suggestions?

Update: I made it to probation without incident and my P.O. wasn’t even there again today so all went well!
