this is kind of a taboo topic , but i could use some advice

i have been prescribed adderall because i actually need it, but instead of taking it everyday, i only take it on day's were i have a large amount of tedious work or stuff that requires more cognitive thinking then other days, or just when i am in social situations, as i can't seem to be able to connect with people at all otherwise without being a nervous wreck..

I have also been prescribed adderall and i would take 4 or 5 of the 30mg extended release. I also found myself just watching porn for hours. Having a lot of sex is not on it's face a problem.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned is how bad pills can be for your hormonal levels. It's not safe to take stimulants daily. If you have to take a stimulant daily coffee is probably your best bet as adderal is too strong to take daily.
