Acronyms

Can someone please direct me to a thread that explains all the acronyms and different names used for the various types of drugs mentioned on this site?

As a newbie, reading some threads can get confusing for me! I have already searched for a thread relating to this but dont seem able to locate it.

To my knowledge there is no list, but maybe there should be. If there is any you want to know just post them and I'll try to give you my best answer
