accidently got high off dxm while on Acetaminophen please help!

Last night i i got high on a bottle of benylin but me being the idiot i am didnt search up all the effects of dxm before i did it. I was sick so i was taking Tylenol all day. should i go to the hospital? i feel fine it has almost been 24 hours since i took it. please help am very scared

If the benylin contains the acetaminophen, and you've ODd on it, you should go immediately to hospital. YOU FEELING GOOD IS NO INDICATOR OF THE DAMAGE CURRENTLY, SILENTLY BEING DONE TO YOUR LIVER.

If, by any chance, you have any acetylcystein or methionine in the house (sometimes used as supplements) basically eat a dozen of them now.
