Is there such a thing as a prodrug (converted to desired compound inside body) for methamphetamine -- analogous to Vyvanse, a pro-drug for dextroamphetamine?
If there was, could it open some interesting new therapeutic applications for conditions that methamphetamine might help, but isn't currently prescribed for because of risk of abuse and addiction?
Anybody heard of such a thing? Would it be chemically easy to do, based on Vyvanse for dextroamphetamine?
