A bit confused what to do on my next roll

Background: MDMA, obtained as crystal, from a source I trust implicitly, who obtains straight from the cook, I pay £25 per gram. It is untested, of consistent quality, and it's all I've ever had although I'm repeatedly told by people with years of experience doing this who I've shared it with, that it's really good stuff (they keep telling me when sober etc) - assume relatively high purity ?

Me: 41, male, 6ft, 74kgs, health superb, fitness superb, non-smoker, occasional drinker (not heavy). I researched well (I thought) before taking my first time. I wrap in cigarette paper and swallow. I crush the crystal very finely myself and weigh with mg scales.
History:
23 Aug - 100mg MDMA + 100mg R-ALA + 150mg Mg tablet THEN 1hr later re-dose 100mg MDMA + 1hr later 100mg R-ALA - Effect, almost non-existent. More desire to dance but no high/roll/euphoria. Did get very hot. Drank 2 beers + sufficient water (250-500ml per hour).
24 Aug - (24hrs later) - 100mg MDMA + 150mg Mg + (every 2 hrs) 100mg R-ALA. Effect: Happy, dancing, empathy, no major high or euphoria. Took 100mg 5-HTP each night following for 3 days. Apparent 5 day 'afterglow'. No crash.
5 Sept - (Same supplement loading as above each time btw) 200mg MDMA (from same crystal as previous) then 1 hr later 100mg MDMA - Euphoric, amazing, roll lasted from 8pm-5am. (No 5-htp)
6 Sept - Exactly the same as 5 Sept.
7 Sept - 200mg MDMA - Euphoric but v slightly muggy roll. (Only 4 hrs sleep in 48hrs tho)
8, 9, 10 Sept - 100mg 5-HTP each night. 10 day afterglow.
10 Oct - (supplements same) - Dropped 300mg MDMA. Euphoric, amazing. 2 beers, sufficient water. Rolled from 9pm - 4am. Roll ended suddenly. No sleep.
11 Oct - Played football. 100mg 5-HTP for following 4 nights.
15 Oct - Had a mini crash, put myself to bed. Fine the next day.

Today is 16 Oct, bizarrely I'm after glowing ... I'm dancing in shops and bus stops with my headphones on and chatting everyone's face off again .... I've got an event on 24 Oct. I was initially just going to take 300mg with a back up of 50mg, then I thought 250mg then redose with 100mg .... Then I thought WTF .. Why is my dose going up ? 350mg and it's only going to be the 7th roll I've ever done. I need a re-think.

Question: Can someone give me some advice ? Should I drop back to 150/200mg then give it a break for at least 6 weeks and then stick with 150/200mg on my next roll ? Or am I stuck at 300mg now ? Have I raised too quickly ?
 
Take a break . The fact that you're considering taking a break lets me know you need a break but you don't want one. Take a break.

Advice:

Never assume anything. You have no idea whether you actually have MDMA or not.
Your use is excessive. Rather than "drop back" your dosage, you should take a break. You aren't "stuck" at 300mg; you're only needing that much now thanks to having abused MDMA and taken it in excess/too frequently.

Don't consume any MDMA for at the very least 6 weeks, preferably much more. Then have at least a 1 month break between your rolls.

Nobody here is going to give you the answer you're looking for.
 
Yes. Well I only upped the dose just in case I thought I needed it. I never felt like I needed it so I guess there is hope.

Ok my next event then would be 20 Dec, that's 9 weeks from now, so by then it will have been 10 weeks since my most recent roll. That's a good incentive for me.
