Ok so question. I was using massive amounts of Fent IV... decided to use bupe to come off, first time coming off Fent, BAD IDEA put me in to precipitated withdrawals even tho it was 40+ hours later. Terrible experience. So after going through precipitated from a 4-5 bundle of Fent a day habit I used the subs for 6 day taper to ween off ... I’m now currently at 7 1/2 days since last sub dose or exactly 182 hours since last sub dose. Here’s my question and it’s very important. Is it soon enough to start NALTREXONE? I still can’t sleep I’m still getting the chills and uncomfortable in bed. I do however eat like an animal and feel a lot betters I can tell I’m not nearly back to 100% tho.
