Hi, I want to do a combination of 4-aco-dmt, lsd and mdma.. only question is whether 4 aco dmt needs to be taken with an maoi and how dangerous that would be with the other substances.

You don't need an MAOI for 4-aco-dmt. And mixing an MAOI with MDMA could kill you.

No. I think you need to research the difference between straight N.N-DMT, and its many analogs(especially additions at the 4 position)

You don't sound too experienced with psychedelics, I think you should strongly reconsider mixing all 3 of those drugs at once, there is a high chance of it ending very badly.
